So copy/paste these game room or theater room layouts for your next space planning! Theater / combo game rooms have changed quite a bit in the last 10 years. They have moved to comfy soft seating with a game table instead of the typical theater style seating. Don’t worry, I’ve included a few of those standard style theater chair arrangements. This pack includes game tables (pool, shuffle board, foosball, ping pong and golden tee), sectionals with game tables, sofa arrangements with card tables, and those standard theater seats - - all layouts either used in actual projects or space planned for Interior Designers I work with.

I initially thought these blocks would be purchased by other designers, BUT now the home owner can use these blocks too! I have scaled them out to 1/4” scale, which is the most common scale for industry plans. Pdf download for the homeowners will include all of these “blocks” which you can then print out on your home printer, cut out the layouts or individual chairs, sofa, etc and move them around your plan to see what fits best. All blocks have been updated with all sizes of each furniture piece so you can shop in-store.
